I don’t Imagine the bow is hefty as compared to other aluminum bows. My only dislike may be the cam stops are louder than preceding bows I've shot. I believe These are built outside of a denser rubber. I set a little bit of mole skin within the limb with the Call issue and it preset it totally. I very advise the bow.Xpedition bows are Swiss built
